By creating an account or using Burrow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Burrow provides secure tunnel services that expose your local applications to the internet. The Service includes HTTP and TCP tunneling, custom domains, request inspection, and related features.
You are solely responsible for all content, data, and traffic transmitted through your tunnels. Burrow acts as a conduit — we do not monitor, inspect, or control what you send through your tunnels. You agree that you will not use the Service to transmit anything illegal, infringing, harassing, or otherwise harmful. Burrow is not liable for any content you choose to share or expose through the Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Burrow is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to protect your account.
Burrow offers a free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rates displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service until that date. No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles.
If you connect a tunnel after subscribing to a paid plan, you are not entitled to a refund. By connecting a tunnel, you are using the Service, and the subscription fee for that billing cycle is non-refundable. If you subscribe but never connect a tunnel, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: distributing malware, running phishing campaigns, hosting illegal content, sending spam, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
Burrow strives to keep the Service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or limit the Service for maintenance, security incidents, or violations of these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burrow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Burrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
